Sitting peacefully in nature. Quiet and serene. You hear the gentle whispers of the meadow all around you. You take a deep breathe in and feel at ease.
It all started...
in a field on Lu Lu's Island. A magical place surrounded by wide open spaces on a farm. A place where you can be still. And listen with your eyes closed to the whispers of peace that surround you. A place for contemplation and rest.
I frequently visit this farm, and sit in the back field where I mediate. Whenever I'm there I feel the most at peace and in tune with my intuition.
